1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks transfer from Sushilavati Government Women's College, Sector-2, Rourkela to N.C. (Autonomous College) Jajpur or Bhardrak Autonomous College, Bhadrak.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks her transfer as stated above on the ground of ill health of his only child who is suffering from Autism since birth. In such view of the matter, she has submitted a representation before the opposite party No.1- Principal Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha. But the same is still pending since 25.04.2022.

5. In view of pendency of such representation, the opposite party No.1- Principal Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha is directed to decide the representation of

// 2 // the petitioner and pass appropriate order, within a period of one month of submission/production of certified copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
