Considering that the suit is pending since 1999 and subsequently on being transferred to some other Court, the same has been reregistered as T.S. No.104/2009 of 1999-2017, this Court observes, the trial court should have made endeavor for early disposal of the suit of the year 1999. In the process this Court directs, provided there is no lawful obstruction by way of stay of further proceeding by any higher forum involving the T.S. No.104/2009 of 1999-2017, the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Jaipatna shall do well in attempting to dispose of the suit vide T.S. No.104/2009 of 1999-2017 at least within a period of six months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner and without entering into any unnecessary adjournments. The Plaintiff-Petitioners are debarred from moving any further I.As therein and also from taking any unnecessary adjournments.
