Heard Mr. P.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate.

At the outset, on oral prayer, Mr. Mishra is permitted to implead the I.I.C., Seranga Police Station and I.I.C., Paralakhemundi Police Station as opposite party nos.8 & 9 respectively to this petition in Court today. 3.

During course of hearing, Mr. Mishra wants to withdraw this petition as he wants to approach the I.I.C., Seranga Police Station (opposite party no.8) for redressal of grievances of petitioner nos.1,2,3,4,5,11 & 12 and to approach the I.I.C., Paralakhemundi Police Station (opposite party no.9) for redressal of grievances petitioner nos.6,7,8,9 & 10. 4.

Considering such submission, the CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
