2. The Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashment of the proceeding in ICC No.81 of 2008 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Panposh at Rourkela.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has sought for a pass over but it appears that the learned counsel for the Petitioner is repeatedly taking adjournment from 20.06.2022 and this case is of the year 2013.
