Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 506 of 2021, arising out of Kakatpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Nimapara for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 417/420/376(2)(n)/294/506 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account that the principal accused is not the petitioner before this Court, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
