Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.933 of 2022, arising out of NTPC P.S. Case No.073 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Talcher for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A of the IPC. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
