1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of appropriate order/direction to the opposite party No.1 to take decision in the matter of reinstatement of the petitioner as a teacher, who is teaching mathematics in the D.A.V. High School, ITPS, Banharpali, Dist. Jharsuguda. Since the issue pertaining to a private managed committee i.e. D.A.V. College Managing Trust, this Court has limited jurisdiction to issue writ in such matter.

3. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted to approach the opposite party No.1 within a week by way of a representation, which shall be disposed of within a period of one month from the date of presentation of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
