This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.250 of 2022, arising out of Gaisilat P.S. Case No.58 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Padampur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 143/147/148/341/323/427/307/325/395/149 of the IPC. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner relies on orders passed by this Court on 19.05.2022 in ABLAPL No.4166 and 4204 of 2022 by which it is stated that co-accused similarly circumstanced have been granted the benefit of Section 438 of Cr.P.C. 5.
Taking into account such submission, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail. The
Court in seisin to fix the terms. The orders of this Court adverted to above are kept on record.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
