This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. However, learned counsel for the opposite party by filing a photocopy of the judgment passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack in D.V. M.C. No.105 of 2017 submits that the present proceeding has already become infructuous in view of the judgment passed in the D.V. M.C. No.105 of 2017. The same be kept on record.

In view of the aforesaid fact and circumstance, the CRLMC is disposed of as infructuous.
