I.A. has been filed seeking modification of order dated 23.09.2022 on the ground that there is some discrepancy in the names of the father and mother of the child born to the victim. As such, the deposit as directed is unable to be made in the post office. It is therefore, prayed that the order may be modified to direct the court below to make necessary changes in the names of the parents of the child so as to ensure deposit of monthly amount as directed by this Court.

Having regard to the fact that the bail application has already been disposed of, this Court directs that instead of the petitioner depositing Rs.5,000/- in the local post office every month in the name of the child, he shall make such deposit in the court, which shall be accepted and kept in a separate account. All other conditions in the order dated 23.09.2022 shall remain unchanged. 4.

I.A. is disposed of.
