It is contended by learned Counsel for the State that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 16791 of 2018, which was dismissed of vide order dated 16.05.2019.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the order dated 16.05.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No. 16791 of 2018, this Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order.
