Since the grievance of the petitioners is essentially relating to the quantum of compensation and since they want higher amount, Mr.Lenaka, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the writ petition in order to approach the appropriate authority under Section 3G of the National Highways Act, 1956.

Considering such submissions, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
