This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.712 of 2022, arising out of Baripada Town P.S. Case No.302 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Baripada for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498A/323/294/306/34 of the IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act. 4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that they are the in-laws. Considering such submissions, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
