This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 20th June, 2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Phulbani in 2(c)C.C. No.01 of 2012 as well as the proceeding.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court seeking discharge him from the charge at the appropriate stage.

In view of such submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

Interim order dated 23rd April, 2014 passed in Misc. Case No.2117 of 2013 stands vacated.

Order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
