Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, his client had applied for Court to take cognizance of contempt for wilful and deliberate violation of direction made in order dated 14th February, 2022, disposing of the writ petition. He submits, thereafter there has been compliance.

On query from Court, Mr. Tripathy submits, requisites were not filed and, therefore, there was not issuance of notice. 3.

On record of above submission the contempt application is disposed of.
