This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.292 of 2022, arising out of Dhamanagar P.S. Case No.167 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Dhamanagar for commission of offence punishable under Sections 448/294/325/506/354/379/34 of the IPC.

Keeping in view the nature of the allegations and the relationship inter se between the Parties, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
