3. Taking into the grounds taken in the Misc. Case and the objection filed by the respondents, the delay in filing the application is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) to be deposited by the appellant before the High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund within a period of one week and the receipt thereof be filed before the Registry of this Court.
