Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Spl. Case No.118 of 2021, arising out of STF P.S. Case No.18 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Sessions-Cum-Special Judge, Balasore for commission of offence punishable under Sections 21(c)/29 of the NDPS Act.

Taking note of allegations from the FIR the mater relating to NDPS Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application under 438 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
