Considering the innocuous request made herein, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to Tahasildar, Cuttack Sadar-opposite party no.3 to dispose of the Demarcation Application at the instance of the petitioner vide Annexure-4 by completing the proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner but, however, involving the adjacent owners of the land involved.
