None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last occasion on 31.10.2022. Copy of the bail application has already been served on the informant on 18.11.2022 as stated by learned counsel for the State.

In view of the aforesaid fact and circumstance, especially when no one had appeared today or on the last date for the petitioner, it pre supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
