This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.643 of 2022, arising out of Nuagaon P.S. Case No.96 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/ 342/ 506/ 406/34 of the NDPS Act.

Copy of the FIR in Nuagaon P.S. Case No.96 of 2022 relating to which the present ABLAPL is filed, is taken on record. 5.
Taking into account that the allegations and the role ascribed to the petitioner, this Court directs that on surrendering
within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms. 5.
It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal proclivity. While enlarging the petitioners on bail the learned Court below shall verify such assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioners have any criminal antecedent, this order shall stands recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
