This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with 2(b)CC Case No.5 of 2022, arising out of Offence Report No.285 of 2021-22 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 50(1)(c) & 51(1) of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal proclivity. While enlarging the petitioners on bail the learned Court below shall verify such

assertion. If it comes to the fore that the petitioners have any criminal antecedent, this order shall stands recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
