This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.973 of 2022, arising out of Talcher P.S. Case No.295 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Talcher for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/307/506 of IPC.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions that the injuries are simple in nature. 5.
Taking note of such submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks
hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

While releasing the petitioner on bail it comes to the fore that the injuries suffered are not simple as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner this order shall stands recalled without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
