3. This appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the order dated 3.2.2003 passed in I.A. No.456 of 2002 by the learned Addl. District Judge-cum-1st Track Court, Sambalpur.

This appeal was initially filed by the learned counsel appearing through Shri Rajen Mohapatra and associates, but the said counsel made a submission before this Court on 8.8.2003 that they have no instruction in this case and filed a memo to that effect. No fresh counsel has been engaged by the appellant in the meantime.
