This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh after examination of some of the eye witnesses within a stipulated period.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court without adverting to the materials on merit disposes of the bail application with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the eye witnesses.
