1. In view of the order of this Court dated 6th July, 2022 in STREV No.25 of 2013 (M/s. Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. v. State of Odisha), the question urged in the present revision petition already stands answered in favour of the Petitioner Assessee and against the Department.
