This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.150 of 2022, arising out of Raibania P.S. Case No.30 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C, Jaleswar for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/354/509/506 of IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

It is further directed that the learned Court in seisin of the matter to fix term and additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every
two weeks till the submission of final form and the non-adherence conditions relating to appearance before the jurisdictional Police Station shall entail cancellation.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
