Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1523 of 2021, arising out of Lephripada P.S. Case No.178 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh, Dist-Sundargarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 363 of IPC.

Prima facie the ABLAPL is not maintainable.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the meanwhile, earlier the victim as joined in matrimony. 6.

Taking into account the ABLAPL is disposed of as not maintainable giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if there is any cause of action of in future.
