This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.3657 of 2020 on the files of learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur, arising out of Sambalpur Town P.S. Case No.381 of 2020 under Sections 304/34 of I.P.C. and is in custody since 14.10.2020. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Sambalpur, by order dated 22.03.2021 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the recitals in the Case Diary and taking into account the statement of one Suji Padhan@ Gunaru attributing to the overt act to the co-accused Deba, it is directed that the petitioner

shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the court in seisin of the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
