1. For the reasons stated, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The Misc. Case. is allowed.

2. The only relief granted by the learned Single Judge of this Court by the impugned order is a remission to the Tahasildar to consider the plea of the Respondents for mutation of the land in their favour and pass an order afresh in their claims.

3. During the nine years in which the present appeal has been pending, there has been no interim order. The impugned order therefore should have already been given effect to. If not, it should be implemented within a period of eight weeks from today.

4. The Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The appeal is accordingly dispose of.
