This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. (SPL) No.15 of 2022, arising out of Colliery P.S. Case No.159 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Talcher for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/341/323/387 of IPC read with Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015).

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the State that during investigation the petitioners have responded to the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. 5.
As such the ABLAPL has been rendered infructuous as there is no apprehension of arrest and the same is disposed of accordingly.
