Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.194 of 2022, arising out of Raibania P.S. Case No.39 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/427/379/307/354/506/34 of IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and the role ascribed to the petitioner, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
