Heard Mr. A.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.
The petitioner files this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to issue any NOC/permission to opposite party no.5 as the trust deed has been cancelled and the dispute between the petitioner and opposite party no.5 is pending adjudication. 4.
Mr.A.K. Mohanty-A, learned counsel for the petitioner contended against the cancellation of trust deed, civil suit is pending decision.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to pursue his remedy after disposal of the civil suit, if he is so advised.
