Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rairakhol P.S. Case No.121 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.298 of 2021 of the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rairakhol for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 147/148/448/302/307/149 of IPC.

Considering the nature of accusations and the fact that there is prima facie evidence of the petitioner having played a vital role in the alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. 5.
It is open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the victim, Fakir Mohan Sahoo and Dusmanta Samal.

Trial be expedited if there is no legal impediment. 7.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
