Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.991 of 2022, arising out of Bikrampur FCI P.S. Case No.113 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher for commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/149/294/323/325/307/509 of IPC.

Taking into account the submission of learned counsel for the State, on the basis of recitals in the Case Diary that the injuries are simple in nature, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
