Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in the matter from his clients.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the fact that the case is of the year 2013, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.

Interim order dated 28th November, 2013 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.2184 of 2013 stands vacated. 6.
