This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this CRLMP, the petitioner challenges the inaction of opposite party nos.2 & 3 in taking appropriate and speedy action for arresting the opposite party no.4 and attach the movable property belonging to the said opposite party and to sell the movable property for recovery of maintenance of the present petitioner and also comply with the order of the Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Crl. Execution Case No.5 of 2021.

In such view of the matter, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Judge, Family Court,

// 2 // Cuttack for redressal of her grievances with proper application. In the event, such an application is filed, the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack is directed to take appropriate steps to redress the grievance of the petitioner as per law.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
