Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

FA No.101/2000 is sought to be disposed of early was a First Appeal pending in this Court long since and could not be disposed of even after appearance was completed. For the nature of Appeal remitted and looking to the year of the Appeal, i.e., 2000, this Court is satisfied with the prayer involved herein. 3.

As a consequence, this Court directs the District & Sessions Judge, Khurda to see disposal of F.A. No.101/2000 at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order but however with opportunity to the Respondents therein. 4.
