This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.164 of 2022, arising out of Dharamgarh P.S. Case No.69 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Dharamgarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/149/147/323 of the IPC read with Section 3 of MSP & MSI (Prevention of Violence & Damage of Property) Act, 2008 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
