1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners produces a letter issued by the Secretary, Sundargarh District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Sundargarh dated 6th July 2011 sating that there are no dues against ORIND, Lathikata with the said Bank.

2. It will now be open to the Petitioners to apply to the court below for discharge on the strength of the above letter. Till such discharge application is filed, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners provided that such application is filed not later than 22nd August, 2022.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court forthwith.
