Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Through the Writ Petition, it is alleged, even though the Mutation Case at the instance of the Petitioner has been closed directing for preparation of R.O.R. in the particular manner, the R.O.R. has not been prepared as of now.

Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar, O.P.3 to get into preparation of the R.O.R. in terms of Annexure-5 series by completing the entire action at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. This order is, however, provided there is no legal impediment by way of stay of order at Annexure-5 series by any higher forum. (Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
