This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Balliguda P.S. Case No.100 of 2008 corresponding to G.R. Case No.249 of 2008 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Balliguda.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands disposed of.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge, if so advised.
