This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

" It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, issue notice to the opposite parties calling upon to file their respective show cause within a stipulated time, failing which the direction may be given to the concerned opposite parties to provide ration articles to the Petitioners family with immediate effect from the date of default till payment. And may pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that for redressal of his grievance he has approached the Collector, Kendrapara, opposite party No.2 by filing a representation which is pending since 03.01.2022.

Therefore, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case

with a direction to Opposite Party No.2, Collector, Kendrapara to dispose of the representation in accordance with law and prevailing Rules and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The decision so taken within 10 days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
