This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the entire criminal proceeding in Kantabanji P.S. Case No.165 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No.361 of 2011 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Kantabanji.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.

This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
