This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 1.

The petitioner claims to be desirous of being one of the intending/participating bidders in the Eauction conducted on 26.03.2021 of the secured asset by the Bank/Secured Creditor; and thereby has prayed for permitting offering a higher bid than the successful bidder and thereby settle the immovable property in his favour.

The ground laid down for such a prayer is that the petitioner was denied a fair opportunity to participate in the auction since the timeline for inspection of the immovable properties to be sold was fixed till 12.00 P.M. on 22.03.2021, and the deposit of the EMD for participation in the auction was also

// 2 // to be completed by 5.00 P.M. on the same day, i.e., 22.03.2021, and thus the timeline provided being extremely narrow, the right to participate of the petitioner in the auction has been violated.

None has come present to address argument.

Even otherwise on merits, we find no ground to interfere.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
