Petitioner has approached this Court without approaching the Competent Authority for challenging the Record of Right. In the circumstance, this Court finds, the writ petition is not entertainable at this stage and stands dismissed. Rejection of the writ petition on account of entertainability at this stage shall not stand as a Bar for providing the opportunity of applying under appropriate provision to the Competent Authority.
