petition with liberty to urge all the contentions raised in the present petition at the time of charge before the Court concerned.

2. The CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
