2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of materials prima facie in support thereof and particularly the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the victim during trial.
