Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.721 of 2022, arising out of Krushnaprasad P.S. Case No.58 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/323/506 of IPC.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the State that during investigation the petitioner has responded to the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. 5.

As such the ABLAPL has been rendered infructuous as there is no apprehension of arrest and the same is disposed of accordingly.
