This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.323 of 2022, arising out of Abhayachandpur P.S. Case No.176 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Civil Judgecum-J.M.F.C., Erasama for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/341/323/307/506 of IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the recitals in the Case Diary wherein the injuries have been cited as simple in nature, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
